A team of chemists, regulatory experts and operators who take complex molecules and bring them back to market with precision, efficiency and deep scientific rigour.
Our work sits at the intersection of science, regulation, agriculture and commercial strategy. We operate globally. Our products are sophisticated. Our people are exceptionally sharp.
And yet, if we are honest, we remain relatively under the radar.
That is about to change.
We are looking for someone to build Life Scientific’s brand from the ground up.
Not just campaigns. Not just messaging.
But the story, identity and presence of a disruptive company that has quietly been doing remarkable work for years.
The Role
This is a CMO-shaped role for a builder.
Someone who sees the opportunity to create a brand where none really exists today. Someone who can translate deep science into something clear, compelling and commercially powerful.
You will work closely with the leadership team to position Life Scientific as the intelligent disruptor in our category.
· Part strategist.
· Part storyteller.
· Part growth operator.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Building the Brand
· Life Scientific needs a brand that matches the sophistication of its science.
· You will define and build our identity, positioning and story, shaping how we show up across digital, industry and media.
· The ambition is clear: a brand that feels more tech meets agriculture than traditional ag-chem.
2. Turning Insight into Growth
· You will connect brand with commercial reality.
· Driving demand, visibility, engagement and category influence, with a clear link to performance.
· You are as comfortable with metrics and pipeline as you are with storytelling.
3. Creating a Digital-First Presence
· The companies shaping the future of agriculture are building influence, not just products.
· You will lead a modern digital approach across content, thought leadership, automation and performance.
· Our ambition is to become one of the most interesting and respected voices in our space.
4. Activating the Brand in the Real World
· Brand does not live in a slide deck.
· You will bring Life Scientific to life across events, partnerships, launches and media, creating moments where people stop and think: “I didn’t expect that from a company like this.”
5. Building a Marketing Function for the Future
· Marketing at Life Scientific is still early.
· You will build the structure, tools and capability to support our next phase of growth, ensuring marketing is tightly connected to commercial outcomes, with a smart, scrappy approach and a bias for using tools and systems to punch above our weight.
