The Role

We are now looking for a Product Manager – Crop Protection (Europe) to join our growing team. This role spans across Herbicides, Insecticides, and Fungicides, with responsibility for driving the launch, positioning, optimisation, and development of products across multiple European markets.

Working closely with commercial, regulatory, and technical teams, you will play a key role in shaping how our portfolio performs in market - from early pipeline decisions through to commercial execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Launch & Commercialisation

• Define product positioning for each market in close collaboration with local teams

• Prepare and deliver launch data packs for new products (up to 2 years pre-launch) with technical teams

• Support internal campaign launches, clearly articulating product strengths and positioning

• Develop competitive benchmarks, including detailed label comparisons

• Execute product communication plans and develop supporting materials

• Provide sales support through tailored content and participation in customer meetings

Portfolio Optimisation

• Track and support Formulation Action Plans across countries in partnership with local teams

• Contribute to the implementation of key portfolio optimisation initiatives

• Monitor product performance and provide data-driven recommendations

Pipeline Development

• Identify market needs and growth opportunities across crop protection segments

• Recommend new products for inclusion in the pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Agronomy, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• 2–5+ years’ experience in product management within crop protection

• Strong understanding of the European crop protection market

• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical insight into market success

• Proactive, innovative, and comfortable taking initiative

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally across Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial teams

• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a dynamic environment

Additional Information

• Location: Dublin or Lyon (hybrid, 1–2 days remote per week)
