The Role
As part of our continued growth and expanding product portfolio, we are looking for a Regulatory Scientist (Residues & Analytical Methods) to join our Regulatory team.
This role is ideal for a scientist with a background in analytical chemistry who is looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic, commercially focused R&D environment. You will play a key role in supporting both new product registrations and the defence of existing authorisations across European markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing position papers and higher-tier refinements to support residue risk assessments
Conducting dietary risk assessments for both humans and livestock
Designing and troubleshooting residue trials, metabolism studies, and analytical methods
Performing data gap analysis for active substances and formulated products
Preparing and reviewing draft registration reports, with a focus on residues and analytical methods sections
Collaborating with regulatory authorities, consultants, CROs, test facilities, and internal teams (including laboratory functions)
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (Masters or PhD advantageous)
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the residues assessment of agrochemicals
Strong academic background with a focus on analytical chemistry
Ability to develop clear, structured scientific arguments to support regulatory positions
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adding value
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
